I have read the books and i love them ! I would hate to ruin it for u but she ends up getting married to him and having a kid! When she is pregnant the baby ends up being a vampire and trys to claw threw Bellas stomach! SHe starts to die so edward bites her so she wont and they become a whole vampire family! Sorry if i ruined it for u!
